My candles are made using a 50/50 blend of paraffin and beeswax — chosen for their scent throw, smooth finish, and burn time. They’re hand-poured in small batches, and every scent is tested (and sniffed) obsessively. Wax melts follow the same vibe: bold fragrance, cute shapes, and a whole lot of character. None of that generic-smelling nonsense here.

Absolutely. If you spotted something on Instagram or Facebook that isn’t listed on the site, it might be a one-off or custom order — but I’m happy to recreate or adapt it if I can.

If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, don’t worry — I’ll sort it. Just send a message with a photo of what happened, and I’ll either replace the item or arrange a refund. You won’t be left hanging.

As most of my products are made to order or personalised, I don’t accept returns unless something is damaged or incorrect. That said, if anything’s not quite right, get in touch and I’ll always do my best to make it right.

My candles use wooden wicks for that extra cosy crackle. Before each burn, gently trim or pinch off any blackened wood — you only need around 2–3mm of exposed wick. Always let the wax melt to the edges on your first burn to avoid tunnelling, and keep your candle away from pets, draughts, and anything flammable (yes, that includes your ex’s hoodie). Never leave a candle burning unattended — no matter how good it smells.
